Join the crew
Carpentry work, close to home.
We hire tradespeople who take pride in square walls and clean corners, and helpers who want to become those people.
Most of our crew leads started with us carrying lumber. That isn't a slogan; it's just how a residential contractor our size grows. You learn on real houses, from people who've framed hundreds of them.
The work is physical and it is outdoors for a good part of the year. In exchange, you see a house go from a slab to a home in a few months, and you can drive past it with your family afterward.
