For builders

What working with us actually looks like.

Straight answers to the questions superintendents and purchasing managers ask us most.

How do you schedule a phase?

Send us the phase release with lot numbers and plan types. We assign a crew lead to the phase and build a lot-by-lot schedule that follows your start dates. When something slips on our side, you hear it from us first.

Do you do production and custom?

Both. Production work keeps our framing crews busy; custom homes are where our finish carpenters earn their reputation. We price and staff them differently.

What do you need to give a price?

Plans, truss layout if it exists, your scope sheet and the number of homes. For drywall we also want your finish spec and texture standard.

Who do we call on site?

The crew lead on that house. Their name goes on your schedule board. For anything bigger, the office is one email away.

How are punch items handled?

The crew that did the work comes back for it. That keeps them honest and keeps the fix consistent with the original work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Licensing and insurance certificates are sent directly to builders during onboarding.
